| If you are having problems viewing,
please follow the following steps to try and alleviate your problem.
Solution #1:
Upgrade to the latest Windows Media Player version. This
is a free download from Microsoft.
Click here to download.
Solution #2:
Stop and start your player, or click Refresh in your browser. Be patient,
as the player will buffer some of the video before displaying.
Solution #3:
Force your media player to play at the speed of your internet
connection
a. From the Windows Media Player menu, Select Tools, Then Options:

b. Click the Performance tab. Click the radio button next to Choose
Connection speed. From the dropdown menu, select the connection speed
closest to your normal internet connection. Click OK.

Solution 4:
If none of the prior solutions work, please send us an email to

Connection type: (modem, dsl, cable, T1, etc.)
Operating System: (Windows 98, 2000, XP, etc.)
Windows Media Player Version
Browser type and version: (Internet Explorer 5.x, Netscape 4.x, etc.)
